Beta terms
Beta notice: These terms describe the current working beta and require professional review before any paid or general public launch.
WideLoad is an installable web app in active testing. Features, data sources and availability may change, and service interruptions can occur.
Planning support only
WideLoad creates proposed routes, imports road lists and displays advisory information. It does not issue permits, approve routes, confirm clearances or replace current official information. The permit, current road-authority information, road signage and lawful directions always take precedence.
Third-party information and services
The beta relies on Google Maps, Queensland Government datasets and public OpenStreetMap, geocoding, routing and Overpass services. Data may be incomplete, unavailable or out of date. An absent hazard flag is not evidence of clearance.
User responsibility
Users must inspect the complete route, verify every imported road and pin, check current conditions and comply with all applicable laws, notices, permit conditions and official directions before and during a movement.
Sharing
Shared-run links contain route details and coordinates. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and channels when sharing movement information.
Intellectual property
WideLoad branding, product concepts and original website and app content are owned by or licensed to Blooming Pty Ltd as trustee for the Anthony Ridout Family Trust. Third-party maps, data and services remain subject to their own terms.
