Build the proposed run
Set the load dimensions and A-to-B journey. WideLoad creates a proposed route and an ordered street list to check and adjust.
WideLoad turns an A-to-B journey—or an authorised route copied from a permit—into an ordered, pilot-ready run with pinned streets, advisory checks and one-tap Google Maps handoff.

WideLoad is a working, phone-first web app for pilot and escort drivers. It does not replace navigation or an authorised route: it helps organise the route, check available data, brief the pilot and open the required streets in Google Maps.
Set the load dimensions and A-to-B journey. WideLoad creates a proposed route and an ordered street list to check and adjust.
Read an NHVR permit PDF on-device, pin its authorised road list, and scan available signed height and width data for advisory flags.
Share the run by link or QR, open it in Drive mode, hand each leg to Google Maps, or export GPX and KML files.
Enter the origin and destination or import the authorised road list from a permit. Review the proposed route, pin must-use streets and send the exact run to a pilot’s phone.

Open the working beta on a phone or computer. Plan and Drive modes, permit import, route sharing and exports are available for real-world testing now.
Open the beta app →Enquire about pilot-vehicle labour and vehicle support for eligible movements in Queensland.
Send an enquiry →WideLoad uses third-party routing, map and road datasets that can be incomplete, unavailable or out of date. Users must check every proposed route and pin against the permit and current official information. Users remain responsible for permits, approved routes, road-authority requirements, road conditions and lawful directions.
The working beta is ready for a small Australian test group of pilot drivers, transport operators and route planners. It installs from the browser and keeps saved runs on the user’s own device; accounts and shared fleet libraries are planned, not yet live.
